Our Services

Janesville Innovation Center (JIC) offers a comprehensive suite of services to support the growth and success of early-stage and expanding businesses in the area. Our 22,000 sq. ft. facility offers flexible office and manufacturing spaces for lease, as well as access to a range of educational resources, mentorship programs, and networking opportunities to help businesses thrive. Through our strong provider network and the JIC Tenant Loan Fund, we connect entrepreneurs with local, regional, and state resources, along with capital solutions that stimulate innovation and growth. Office Space for Lease

Our 22,000 sq. ft. facility has 17,600 sq. ft. of manufacturing/distribution space divided into three Manufacturing Bays and four Manufacturing Suites. These range from 450 sq. ft. to 4,200 sq. ft., which can be subdivided. The facility also has nine Office Spaces ranging in size from 178 sq. ft to 328 sq. ft. A conference and break room are also available to facility tenants.

Education and Mentorship

JIC offers access to comprehensive education, training opportunities, Merlin Mentors, GrowthWheel® business assessments, mentorship, and network connections. Provider Network
