- 2 Hours: Business Plan Development Learn how to create a robust business plan that outlines your vision, strategy, and goals. We’ll cover key components such as market analysis, competitive strategy, and financial projections.
- 2 Hours: Financials Dive into the financial aspects of your business. Understand budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management. We’ll also introduce you to essential tools and software for maintaining your business finances.
- 2 Hours: Legal & Registration Requirements Get a comprehensive overview of the legal and registration documents required to legally operate your business. From obtaining your EIN to understanding Articles of Incorporation, we’ve got you covered.
