The Janesville Innovation Center (JIC) supports entrepreneurship and the creation and growth of innovation-based companies in the greater Janesville area.
The JIC building is owned by the City of Janesville and managed by Janesville Innovation, Inc. (JII), a non-profit economic development entity. The Board of Directors is responsible for managing the internal workings for the JIC including tenant selection, finances, tenant technical assistance support and other administrative responsibilities.
JIC partners include the US Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration; City of Janesville; Janesville Foundation; Alliant Energy; The Janesville Art League and The George Parker Foundation.
