These range from 450 sq. ft. to 4,200 sq. ft., which can be subdivided. The facility also has nine (9) Office Spaces ranging in size from 178 sq. ft to 328 sq. ft. A conference and break room are also available to facility tenants. Monthly rents for the Office Space and four (4) Manufacturing Suites include gas, electric and water utilities, common area, phone, Internet and office furniture. Rents for the three (3) Manufacturing Bays include access to the common areas, phone and Internet. Utilities are separately metered in the three (3) larger Manufacturing Bays.
