Board of Directors

The Board is comprised of representatives from local economic development organizations, UW-Rock County, UW-Whitewater and Blackhawk Technical College as well as business services professionals, local entrepreneurs, City staff and city Council members. The Board is very involved in providing mentoring and technical services to JIC tenants.
